Need help, found a bug, or have an idea? Email balajic0623@gmail.com. Everyday Labs is small and independent, so replies may take a day or two — every message is read.

Delete your account

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and everything attached to it: receipts and their photos, items, price alerts, check-ins, stars, and badges. It can’t be undone.

Can’t get into the app? Email balajic0623@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion.

Common questions

The confirmation or password-reset code didn’t arrive. Codes come from noreply@everyday-labs.org. Check your spam folder, wait a minute, then tap Resend code. Codes are 8 digits and expire after one hour. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, codes go to your Apple relay address, which forwards to your real inbox.

A receipt was read wrong. Open the receipt and tap any line item to correct it.

Check-in says “too far away”. Check-ins need you to be at the warehouse (within about 50 meters) with location access allowed for Bulkmate. You can also earn the check-in by scanning that trip’s receipt.

How do I stop price-drop emails? Turn off Price-Drop Emails in Profile → Preferences, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. Push notifications are controlled separately in iOS Settings.

I have an idea or found a bug. Use the feedback form, or email the address above.

How is personal data used? See the privacy policy — it lists exactly what’s collected and where it goes.

Is Bulkmate affiliated with Costco? No. It’s an independent app that reads Costco receipts.
