Everyday Labs is an independent, non-commercial studio that builds small, focused, open-source apps.

Every project starts the same way: something in everyday life is more tedious than it should be, so a tool gets built to fix it. When it proves useful, it gets polished and shared.

What Everyday Labs is

  • A home for small, focused, open-source apps.
  • A place to learn by building real things, not toy demos.
  • Independent, and run in public.

What it isn’t

  • A startup chasing growth, or a business selling your data.
  • Affiliated with the companies whose products its apps work with. Bulkmate, for example, reads Costco receipts, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Costco Wholesale Corporation.
